Return Policy

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. The item must be damaged or not as described. Incorrect size will be exchanged for the correct size.

 

For any undamaged product, simply return it to the address stated in the package with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. In addition, please note the following: (i) Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased; and (ii) the following products are not eligible for return: [perishable items and sanitary goods]. 

 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

 

Refunds (if applicable)
 

We only offer exchanges unless your order has not yet been shipped. Once it has been shipped and arrives we can no longer issue a refund unless the product is defective.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

 

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

 

When we receive a valid warranty claim for a product purchased from us, we will either repair the relevant defect or replace the product. If we are unable to repair or replace the product within a reasonable time, the customer will be entitled to a full refund upon the prompt return of the product to us. We will pay for shipment of repaired or replaced products to customer and customer will be responsible for return shipment of the product to us.
